I have some knowledge, and the wits to facilitate change in my own life, but to do the same for many others by challenging not only a law but a somewhat corrupt system without checks and balances to benefit others like you; now that's inspiring. If only we could get the same thing happening with big business, the FDA and the Federal Reserve, we'd have a much better America to live in, I'm sure of it.

Keep doing what you're doing man. You have the brains to know just whom and how much to push to get your agenda across, and the will to not back down and take it like so many others in your position have in the past, whether by choice, or the lack of resources or ability to defend themselves as adeptly as you have.Garthnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21486842.post-90404293110398785132010-09-12T06:28:16.744-07:002010-09-12T06:28:16.744-07:00Hey Buddy, you werent kidding when you said this o...Hey Buddy, you werent kidding when you said this one would be long and good.ManInBlacknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21486842.post-48219623036684223052010-08-31T13:06:08.134-07:002010-08-31T13:06:08.134-07:00A-a-a-and THEN what happened?!?!A-a-a-and THEN what happened?!?!Stevehttp://iPadLot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21486842.post-41764233773067750802010-08-29T23:01:46.201-07:002010-08-29T23:01:46.201-07:00"I did a short blog about your situation from..."I did a short blog about your situation from the side of the passenger. Everybody does, that's why I love them so much. Lol. But seriously though, if I posted one story that was 35K words, would you actually read the whole thing or would you take one look at it and say "fuck it, it's too long"? Besides the continuations help to demonstrate the natural pauses that were actually occurred.

"Someone mentioned in a previous post, did you ever consider getting your cell phone records to prove you weren't on the phone at the time?"

I'm not really sure how that helps anything. I never denied being on the phone and the Officer never denied my hanging it up when I loaded.

Now if you're saying this point is important because my being on the phone was the Officer's explanation as to why I was unaware of the traffic, than I disagree there. The officer's rational that I "couldn't have know about the traffic" because I was on my cell phone might be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. If he wants to use my supposed cellphone use as a means of making himself look like an absolute moron, then I'm ok with that. I was on the phone.MrFunkMDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18037881254826751745noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21486842.post-24278772606738719652010-08-27T11:31:58.103-07:002010-08-27T11:31:58.103-07:00Such an incredible story.

As I see it, it could be interpreted either way, unfortunately.

It could be read as "could" impede traffic (the judge's interpretation) or "does" impede traffic (your interpretation). Of course, there might be a specific legal meaning to the term "will" that I'm not aware of.

And, as many others have said, these cliffhangers are killing us. Great storytelling of course, and I'm glad you saved it up. I'm not sure I could handle you telling this story in real time over a period of months.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
